Marina Gladchenko is a choreographer, educator, and artistic director with over 15 years of experience. She founded and led the dance school “Skazka” in Russia (2014–2023), teaching over 300 students. Currently based in Lisbon, Marina continues teaching, directing performances, and consulting dance schools. She has created over 200 choreographic productions for soloists, duets, and large ensembles, many of which have won national and international championships. Marina’s projects combine dance with storytelling, scenography, and theatrical structure, often addressing themes such as personal growth, historical events, and social issues. She oversees every production from concept to final execution, including dramaturgy, music, costumes, lighting, video, and artist management.
